Italian Personal Data Privacy Code Statement
Pursuant to Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196 of June 30, 2003, regarding the protection of persons and other entities, we hereby notify you that the Hotel Pragser Wildsee, located at St. Veit Str. 27, Prags, Italy, processes the personal data of its customers, business associates, suppliers and other persons who voluntarily communicate their personal data to us by telephone, fax or e-mail.

Under our corporate policies of confidentiality and professionalism, we handle all such data in conformance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree 196.

Your Rights
The Data Privacy Law allows individuals to exercise certain rights in accordance with Article 7. In particular, you have the right to know whether data concerning you exists, and to be informed in an understandable form about such data. Furthermore, you have the right to receive details about the source of the data, the purpose and type of processing carried out, and about the electronic data processing system concerned. You also have the right to receive information about the responsible data controllers and data processing operators, and about persons and/or classes of persons to whom the data may be communicated.
