Italian Personal Data Privacy Code Statement
Pursuant to Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196 of June
30, 2003, regarding the protection of persons and other entities,
we hereby notify you that the Hotel Pragser Wildsee, located at
St. Veit Str. 27, Prags, Italy, processes the personal data of its
customers, business associates, suppliers and other persons who
voluntarily communicate their personal data to us by telephone,
fax or e-mail.
Under our corporate policies of confidentiality and professionalism, we handle all such data in conformance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree 196.
In addition to data obtained directly from customers, our business possesses personal data from third parties, such as data requested from other companies for the purposes of commercial information, market research, or the direct marketing of products and services. Your Rights
The Data Privacy Law allows individuals to exercise certain rights
in accordance with Article 7. In particular, you have the right to

right to receive details about the source of the data, the purpose
and type of processing carried out, and about the electronic data
processing system concerned. You also have the right to receive
information about the responsible data controllers and data

right to correct, complete, and inspect the data concerning you,
and to request that the data be deleted, locked, or anonymized.
You have the right to object with cause to all or part of the

Statement Concerning E-mail Addresses Provided and Published on This Web Site
Pursuant to the regulations issued on March 7, 2001, and March 20,
2002, by the Data Privacy Commissioner, users of the Hotel Pragser
Wildsee web site are expressly notified that the e-mail addresses
published on this web site are not “public data” as
defined in the Data Privacy Law (Italian Legislative Decree No.
196 of June 30, 2003). Accordingly, said e-mail addresses may not
be used for thte transmission of any information whatsoever except
with prior permission of the addressee (see the Data Privacy
Office's newsletters of February 10 and February 16, 2003).
See also Art. 130 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003,
which stipulates that the use of automatic, unmanned telephone
systems for the communication of advertising or direct sales or
for market research or sales promotion campaigns is prohibited
except with prior permission of the addressee. The provision of
Paragraph 1 also applies to electronic messages for the stated
purposes in the form of e-mail, telefax, MMS (Multimedia Messaging
Service), SMS (Short Message Service) or other types of messages.

direct sales, or carrying out market research or sales promotion
